According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 21, 2020 No. 397 "On measures for the further development of cotton and textile production" and the district administration dated January 21, 2021 No. 97, a Scientific Center was created on the basis of Poly Tex Syrdarya LLC.

      At the Scientific and Technical Center, a Scientific and Technical Council was created, consisting of 13 breeders and agricultural scientists, farmers and experienced specialists.

      In addition, new elite farms in Sultan, Bukhara-102 and 46 cotton fields in the Scientific Center have been created, 132 high-quality cotton plots have been allocated, and in the future, new varieties of cotton suitable for the soil and climatic conditions of the Saykhunabad region. will be created.

      In the future, the farms of the Saykhunabad region will be provided with early-maturing, machine, high-yielding varieties of cotton.
